Terms of Service
Effective May 23, 2026
The Korean version of these Terms is the official text. In case of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Korean version prevails.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the TixPass service (the "Service") provided by TixPass Inc. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
- "Service" means all services provided through the Company's website and related systems, including online ticket sales/booking, unmanned ticketing and entry management, payment/settlement, and data analytics.
- "User" means any member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Organizer" means a party who registers events (concerts, exhibitions, expos, etc.) and sells tickets through the Service.
- "Buyer" means a user who purchases or books tickets through the Service.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
The Company posts these Terms on the Service so that users can easily review them.
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
When amending the Terms, the Company announces the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance, and at least 30 days in advance for amendments unfavorable to users.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
The Company provides online ticket sales/booking, unmanned ticketing and entry management, payment and settlement, and entry/sales data reports.
The Company may change the content of the Service and will announce the reason and details in advance.
The Company may suspend all or part of the Service in case of force majeure, system maintenance, or failures.
Article 5 (Service Agreement and Members)
The Service may be used after membership registration or as a non-member.
A service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and applies for a purchase or booking.
Article 6 (Parties to Transactions and the Company's Status)
The Company brokers or acts as an agent for the sale of tickets to events registered by Organizers. In such cases, the parties to the ticket sales contract are, in principle, the Organizer and the Buyer, and the Company holds the status of an intermediary in mail-order transactions.
The Organizer is responsible for holding the event and for its content, schedule, and entry conditions.
Article 7 (Purchase Application and Formation of Contract)
The Buyer applies for a purchase by selecting an event, ticket type and quantity, entering buyer information, choosing a payment method, and agreeing to the Terms.
A purchase contract is formed when payment is completed and confirmed by the Company.
Article 8 (Payment)
Payments are made by credit card, simple payment, and other methods through payment gateway services provided by the Company, such as Toss Payments Inc.
The processing and storage of payment information follow applicable laws and the policies of the payment gateway.
Article 9 (Booking/Ticketing Fees)
Booking or ticketing fees may apply in addition to the ticket price. The party bearing the fee (Organizer or Buyer) and the amount are displayed on the payment screen.
Article 10 (Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund)
Buyers may request withdrawal, cancellation, and refund in accordance with applicable laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the refund policy of each event.
Refund eligibility, refund amounts, and fee deductions follow each event's refund policy and the refund standards separately set by the Company.
For products with a designated schedule, such as performances and exhibitions, withdrawal may be restricted within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
Article 11 (Users' Obligations)
- Users must not steal others' information or enter false information.
- Users must not fraudulently copy, transfer, or resell issued tickets (QR codes, etc.).
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, the usage guide, and notices from the Company.
Article 12 (Company's Obligations)
The Company complies with applicable laws and these Terms and strives to provide a stable Service.
The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy.
Article 13 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company strives to protect users' personal information, and matters concerning the processing of personal information follow the separate Privacy Policy.
Article 14 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure or reasons attributable to the user.
As an intermediary in mail-order transactions, the Company is not liable for disputes regarding transactions between Organizers and Buyers or the events themselves, except where the Company is at fault through intent or negligence.
Article 15 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)
In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user, both parties shall endeavor to resolve it amicably in good faith.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction over related litigation follows the Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on May 23, 2026.
