Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective May 23, 2026

This policy applies to cancellations and refunds for tickets purchased through the TixPass service. Where an individual event has its own refund rules, those rules prevail, and the applicable conditions are shown on the payment screen. The Korean version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Refund Schedule

The refundable amount is based on the ticket price and the time remaining until the event start date, as follows.

  • Up to 7 days before the event: 100% of the ticket price
  • Up to 3 days before the event: 70% of the ticket price
  • Up to 1 day before the event: 50% of the ticket price
  • On the event day and after: non-refundable

This is the Company's standard refund policy; where an Organizer sets different refund rules for an event, those rules take precedence.

2. Booking/Ticketing Fees

Booking and ticketing fees are non-refundable; the refund ratios above apply only to the ticket price.

However, where the event is cancelled or suspended due to reasons attributable to the Company or Organizer, the full amount including fees is refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund from the [Order Lookup] page after looking up your order with the order number and the email or phone used at payment.

For multiple tickets, partial refunds can be requested per ticket.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. For credit cards, it may take 3–5 business days depending on the card issuer.

5. When Refunds Are Restricted

  • On the event day or after the event has started
  • Tickets already used (entered)
  • Where withdrawal is restricted under applicable laws

6. Cancellation by the Organizer

If an event is cancelled or suspended due to the Organizer, buyers are fully refunded including booking fees. If the schedule changes, you may choose to refund or keep your booking as guided.
